    Reccommended Maintenance Intervals

Right now, I'm @ 71,200, what should I make sure has been changed or checked by 75k.

I just did NGK spark plugs, Intake Filter, PCV Valve, Oil & Oil Filter (will do again this week), Spark Plug wires, thats about it for now.

I think I should have my EGR ports cleaned (how much is that? where should I go?), and get my fuel filter done, and my spark plugs regapped.

The prev. owner said the timing belt and radiator was changed in the mid 60k's.

    Prev CBs:
    -'93 BRP LX 4AT
    -'92 AGP LX 5MT
    -'93 AGP EX 4AT
10yrs after my first cb, I'm still driving one!

Since the radiator was changed around 65K let's say, that implies the coolant was changed as well or should have been, so you're set on that til 95K rolls around. Do change the fuel filter, it'll cost like $7-8 and you can do it yourself, it's not hard.

Another thing you may want to check is the distributor cap & rotor, if it needs to be changed, do it....ONLY get Honda OEM parts for the cap & rotor....the others suck in quality. Another thing to check is your transaxle fluid. If you have manual trans, use a 10W-40 motor oil (I used Valvoline) or that Pennzoil Synchromesh stuff I hear is good, but I have never used it yet. And if you have an automatic, use a Dexron/Mercon III automatic transmission fluid (I use Valvoline). There is no automatic trans. filter you have to change in our Accords.

Check the condition of your brakes as well and the brake fluid. I know this isn't relevant to keeping the car in good condition, but don't overlook checking ur spare tire psi every now & then cuz you'll regret it when u on a trip and a tire blows or goes flat....then ur spare is low and ain't worth shit to ya.
