F22B Clutch

what clutch will fit the F22B tranny? (M2J5). i called honda and asked for a F22A* clutch. with bearing came upto $228. i got curious and asked them to lookup the same for a 93 SR Prelude(H23 non-vtech). it's much more expensive... around 380. i thought these were the same? which clutch should i use? F22A* or H23A ??

f22a. just get a xtd off ebay.

Type G, who has the h23 tranny, went with the oem prelude clutch because it is a little thicker than the f22a clutch.

thicker meaning more life only? what else? does it grab harder?

The diameter is slightly bigger....1cm to be exact between f and h series. Cpmike measured it as I recall.
