Bosch O2 sensor... OEM or Universal, what's the difference? (Besides $180!)

    http://www.autopartsauthority.com/ox...tec~parts.html

That's the link I'm looking at. I'm considering getting a new O2 sensor (Bosch claims that you can regain lost gas mileage, like 15% or something!) $245 is WAY too much to spend on that though... The $63 might be worth it, but would the universal sensor be good enough to bother replacing my OEM one with it?

Fuck that. Same sensor, just pre-wired connector.

I have to do the same thing to mine, should I replace it with a Accord O2 sensor or the Prelude sensor since I have a H22? And is the universal one pretty easy to wire up?

They're the same thing. Get whatever is cheapest.

i wish i had gotten the oem fit one for mine, paid too much for the universal, my o2 sensor on my lx is on the header, but i couldnt get that bitch off, when i put my dc sports header on, since the header came with an o2 wire extension and relocated it to the downpipe, had 2 use the bosch universal o2 sensor which isnt cheap at all, (no stores around my area had any oem fit ones in stock and i didnt want to wait for days for them to ship it) universal one works fine for me, just hate doing the wiring part, if its not connected right the check engine light will go on

What other quality options are there besides Bosch and OEM Honda? Bosch seems like the most readily availible.

i just had to replace my bosch after 1 1/2 months. it had a year warranty, though so i got a replacement for free. if it goes out again, i am demanding my money back and getting an oem. also i had an ntk and it only lasted 1 1/2 years.

this is where i got the ntk. like i said it only lasted 1 1/2 years, but maybe that was a fluke. very good price though for a direct fit.
