Rod knock

It happens at all rpm right?

Does this sound like a rod knock? right before this i changed the oil, its at the right level and everything.

Rod knock is normally loud, I cant hear it well but it sounds like a faint ticking on the video. Could be valves but I cant hear everything clearly.

Its when I let off the gas and it drops down to 2000-1500 RPM its like a clunking noise kind of. I can hear it in video its just a little quiet
