What are the differences in the wiring harnesses and which harnesses work on which motors?

you can use the one thats already in the car. The only thing you would have to wire up is IAB. Thats the main difference. Your car is an LX?

Ya its an LX. I have a f22a1 wiring harness and a h22 wiring harness. Can I use the f22 wiring harness or will that not work?

F22 Harness should be fine. The only difference between those two motors is the IAB and the o2 sensor location. You can still use your lx header though should be fine. Also the ECU is slightly diff too. PT3 vs Pt6.
