    Help Please.. Starter

    The car is not turning over at all.. i bought a working starter for it still not turning over... someone said that my engine might be locked up Main relay is working (engine light click)... help please!!

    oh yeah and i checked the starter fuse... it still good!! im so confused and pissed off right now SADOGHJW@%(!QCSA V#$W

      In order for the car to start you need fuel, spark and compression. Can you verify that you are receiving these. Does your fuel pump prime when in the on position? Do the plugs spark? When was the last time it started? Does it start several minutes or hours later?

        dude check battery voltage..should be around 11 or above 10

        then check ur starter switch i think...

        usually those are common.
        What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

        You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

          Yeah same thing happens to me sometimes. I go and start the car and nothing happens the starter i can hear but nothing happends. I move the key back and forth till i can hear the pump then it works. I think i have a loose conection or something. I need a new starter though. Im too lazy to get one. bleh

            does the starter crank at all when you try to ignite? If not,then maybe check the battery?

              Well... these are the things i tried doing...

              -Jumping the car
              -pressurize the clutch
              -switching out starters
              -hotwiring the car

              Still not turning over

              but anyway... my dad got it working while i was at work
              i dunno how tho.. my sister said he did something with the iginition wires.. hes a honda guru
