What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

            Retro!

How does that Thermal R&D sound in relation to stock?

nah.... i got it for 425 shipped new...

the sound of the thermal is basically, in lack of a better word, PERFECT. it has a deep rumble to it almost relative to a classic muscle car... if it was attached to a v8, it would sound like a muscle car. it isnt raspy AT ALL, and it has the best deep throaty tone i have ever heard....it can get loud, but it doesnt drone on the highway (i would know, i drive 120 miles on I-5 every weekend. and when ur screamin around 7000 at WOT... its BEAUTIFUL! i am about to put an h22a in the car so i am wondering if it will sound a lil different with the extra power. but i know if anything, it will only get slightly better... how do you make perfect, even more perfect?

i have also heard the RS-R ExMag also gives out a VERY nice tone similar to the thermal, just to let you know. the thermal is what i would consider the perfect exhaust for the 4th gen, or any generation accord really. it looks just like an ex muffler with some different tips put on. kinda fools people until they hear me take off ;-)
