i will...i am going to cover it with either many layers of that yellow primer, or with fiberglass resin (just the resin) and sand it smooth, and then paint it to match my car...i didnt wanna have to carpet it...plus it will look better painted inside my maroon trunk, i think

i had to tote 6 pieces of MDF today and each weighs just under 200lbs and is sharp as hell........hate that shit
              you ghey bastard....lol

yeah, its actually not that heavy...its lighter than my other box...and since when does MDF weigh 200lbs/sheet?

***found this.......not sure what core weight we always get, but it's solid enough to bend nails sometimes..... "The primary drawback to this product is weight. A 3/4" x 4' x 8' sheet can weigh as much as 70 to 90 pounds per sheet. The density of the core is expressed as the weight of a one cubic foot (1'x1'x1') block of the material. Therefore, an MDF sheet using a 48# (pound) core, will weigh 96 pounds. (48"x96"x3/4"= 2 cubic feet)"

according to that we get something around a 55# core.......

that stuff can get really heavy.......it's dense
you let mdf get wet?? and still use it......

you got pics of the subs?? Also what amps?? If your going to paint it make sure you get the fiberglass COMPLETELY even. If you don't the paint will show the imperfections. Why not cover it with maroon vinyl?
