looks good and congrats u wont need a tripod for outdoor daytime stuff... as the shutter speed wont be very long at all... my advise play with the manual mode as much as possible and the owners manual should be ur best friend right now

i've been reading the manual between taking pics, just trying to figure out this camera as well as i knew my other camera

yeah dude literally just recently it finally hit me how to do certain things and there is always different techniques to learn every time i go out shooting with someone else shooting slr i learn something and vice versa i do a lot of long exposure stuff and i know lots of peopl that think im crazy but like the way it comes out.... when u learn everything u will develop a style of ur own

nice, go ahead and pick yourself up a UV filter to primarily protect the actual lense glass from any type of debris...instead cleaning the filter when it gets dirty to avoid contact with the actual lense.

With the pics, play around with location and that tree in your last one is kinda distracting.
