yip its very functional and it releases a lot of heat out from the engine bay, especialy when the fan turns on and you got all of those hot air flying every where. now all those hot air flies right out the vent where the scoop is.

its a 94 accord mugen lip just like everybody else but mine car stands out from other accord with the mugen lip cuz i got the OEM fog lights....................i think thats why it look aggressive?
