                thanx

thanx gents. We all know I love these damn cars, otherwise I wouldn't have 3 of them!

anyways yah I need to get this to the dmv place and get temp tags so I can get it inspected.

I am changing out the axles first tho!
Hopefully all goes well, so I can put tires on the rota's!

its a nice car....and damn I never realized vtec was so sweet.
I just wished it happened earlier, 5200 kinda sucks!

thats coming from a boost addict tho!

I'm going to miss this car, But steve seems to have the room and the time I didn't have to put into her and make this car the car I've always knew it could be.

JC those shoes are mine, new balance shoes ftw!

my black car is going to be engineless...hehehe H23 boosted soon enuf!

anyways thanx man. its a nice ride but needs quite a bit more TLC than I thought. Inspections will give me an even crazier heads up of everything wrong. Tomorrow at 1030 is my appt.

                            inspections

Buying this car used with H22 swap:
Things I would never do again:

1.Buy a car from someone whom has never sold a car before!
-The title was an issue at first (buy sell a car without a title) esp. if it was
on the market for a while. Then it had a lein on it, and gettin a copy of that
was a huge pain in the ass. This seller was no where close ready to sell this
car but to get rid of his headaches.

                            2. Buy a used vehicle in Maryland:
-The way this state does shit is garbage. I understand a safety test but no emiossions? interesting!

So the old owner thought he was sitting on a gold mine. HAHAHA wrong. I wonder how long he drove it like this, not safe at all!!!!!

                            Inspection issues:
                            1. Needs a Rack and pinion to support the manual tranny. Or apply power steering. (needless to say I am looking for power steering gear now!)
                            2. Axles are being forced (pushed) in and are not seated correctly.
(Getting new axles and interim shaft)
                            3. Broken Sway bar end link in the front.
                            4. Exhaust Leak
                            5. Battery is in trunk needs a better tie down

So I mean after the price and for what it is, def not a gold mine. But it will do. Next time I do the inspection first so I could have really gotten this car for $1700 I am quite sure. $1900 is a fair price but furture reference do not buy a swapped engine car from someone who doesn't know what they are doing! Bottom Line!

Luckily this beast is in my hands now, and will get the love she deserves.
To the old user: If you felt this was a smack in the face, DONT!
Its just a plain description of experience gained for both yourself and I.
I am in no way angry, but I am a little frustrated.

I planned for issues, and I was thinking about spending 2500 total and that probably is going to be what I pay in the end.

Regardless, I still got an H22. Just needs some work before its a DD.
