So after 3 months of a super g.ay electrical problem, it seems to have boiled down to a faulty distributor.
I pick up another jdm h22 dizzy from Veyvey and put it in today and the car has been running good and more responsive.
I pulled the guts out of the bad dizzy and it looked pretty bad inside. super dirty, the rotor was toast, and all the sensors had gunk on them.

Replacement F22(just a DD). And I've always liked your wheels...I was supposed to be getting a set but the dude wanted $300 PLUS my intake...I passed!
