Drop or rims or save for both?

I'm doing a job in 2-3 weeks and I'm getting about 725 minus other guys pay, so about 575 or so. Should I get some rims (Rota Gt3 or slipstreams) or buy some springs and shocks? I really want to do both but can't wait and want to drop some money into the ride? Opinions?

I would say Rims... But it probally better to have the suspension first
