The rear fog gones on te same side as the driver...so yeah the left side..

Ok when you take off your bumper youll need to undo the honda clips (which youll need to replace from the dealer ) which is gonna expose youre bumper reinforcement...Again clean on the inside of your bumper thoroughly so you can see the markings. Cut on the inside of the markings.
Remember its better to cut the hole smaller so all you need to do is just trim the until it fits. One thing though you may need to cut into you bumper reinforcement but thats ok. Thats it in a nut shell buddy..
