Phil I'm having the same issue, the car runs great, but I dont have vtec because my cams are too aggressive. She still pulls and I'm wondering that if I go back to stock cams if I would gain any power with vtec, it might gain some top end power, but overall I'm wondering if it would put down the same #'s. Right now I have Skunk2 pros series 1 cams and I made 375whp with no vtec. BTW good vid..

pro 1 series should still engage vtec, you should be at 415-425, with vtec
we've tried almost everything on this car, aparently the ecu sends the signal at 8000rpms, if you try and jump it the high cam wont engage

no, the vtec engages, but anything before 7000rpm it bogs when it engages, after 7000rpm it engages but doesnt make any additional power

Lmao,VTEC is a bitch .
This thing have me by the balls,but one issue I'm having that might be related to my problem is my speedo just won't stay still .
I'm thinking it could be my speed sensor taking a dump on me
or I'm having some serious wiring problem.
My vtec worked before 100% fine ,
but yours never did right . I'm definitely positive that it is cam related,
I've seen it happen and switched to oem cam and it was flawless.
I recommend you do that asap,not a good idea to beat on the car vtecless ha ha .

Btw my car runs fine, no code whatsover which is fawking killing me.
Everything you can think of checked Out fine,still nothing .
I know I might be having some ground issue but faawk.
One thing tough ,it helped me stayed out of trouble since lol
