    February 2007 Nominations

Well, here we go with another year! If you haven't figured it out yet, the AoM competitions run from February through December, and throughout the month of December, the Accord of the Year is picked from all the AoM winners of the year.

As the Accord of the Year for 2006, aww_shiet is not eligible for AoM nomination in 2007. The other AoM winners from 2006 ARE allowed to be nominated. However, as they have already won the competition once, it is not recommended that they are nominated. Let's get some new cars recognized!

Check out the Rules & Regulations here - invalid nominations WILL be deleted!
Please observe the format for nomination displayed here

Members must have 50 posts in order to nominate someone
    Duplicate nominations will be deleted
Posts made that are not nominations will be deleted
    Invalid nominations will be deleted

There is no need to second a nomination! If a nomination is valid, it will proceed to the voting stage automatically.

PLEASE post nominations correctly. Invalid nominations WILL be deleted!

Please only post ONE picture with your nomination. More pictures can be seen in the Member's Rides thread you link to!

I'd like to nominate Mike's Accord because his car defines "sophisticated"..Rosewood Brown Accord with subtle mods (nothing tacky), not to mention the blend of JDM and EDM parts that he has on this car..A lot of mods have been done to the car, yet he manages to keep all of them intact and flowing together nicely..And to top it off, when someone sees this car on the street, they would've never guessed the 200hp DOHC VTEC under that VIS carbon fiber hood..And when they do realise it, it'd be too late, 'coz by the time they do, they could only see his EDM rear fog in a distance, way ahead of them, leaving all of them in the dust from the 18" Dronell wheels..And this is just the beginning..Mike's got some evil plans under his sleeves for this year, so watch out!

I would like to nominate AccordTypeR. I beleive his car is eligible for AOM because it is simple, yet looks fantastic. Not many people could make an Accord look this good without dropping loads of money on it, but TypeR did just that. The two-tone black and white looks incredible, and while the performance area is rather untouched, it still manages to be quick.

            Engine -
            Cold Air Intake
            Custom Free Flow Piping.
            Custom Performance Exaust.

            Suspension -
            Tokico Struts and springs ( lowered 1.25 F & R )
Cross Drilled / Slotted Rotors (all 4 corners)
            Aftermarket Upper Strut Bar.

            Exterior -
            Xenon Headlights 8500K
            Clear Headlight Housings
            Red/Clear Tail lights
            Decals
            Black Corner Lenses
            95 Ex Frontlip spoiler
            90-91 DIY front grille.

            Interior -
            Acura Integra Headrests (GSR)
            Aftermarket E Brake Handle
            Aftermarket Shifter Knob
            Aftermarket Shoulder Pads
            Carbon Fiber Guage Bezel
            White faced Reverse Indiglo Guages
            Kiddie White Fire Extinguisher.

            I.C.E. -
            Chamelion Head Unit

            Wheels -
            17" Wheels
            Wrapped in 205/40/17's
"This truck is 100% sh*ts and giggles."
"Speed has never killed anyone. Suddenly becoming stationary... that's what gets you." Jeremy Clarkson

You're not JDM until you have a car built in ohio with tons of bolt ons from ebay.
