alright folks the list is starting to fill up, so i will be needed help from my local peeps. I will need help keep everyone on the mountain run together. Also with the food, if you can donate a dollar it will help. I wanna make this meet better than last time and keep it organized and stick to the schedule. So i willl really need everyone's help with this one. as far as the bbq at the park i need a large grill, please check with everyone you know to see if they have a grill we can borrow. Imma start putting money in a savings account to buy some meat, drinks, chips, buns, and other things we will need to make sure everyone is feed. January 14,2010 will be the first meeting so we can discuss whats going on and get a fund setup to put money in for the bbq. imma try to work up some figures so we will know how much food, drinks and other stuff we need will cost. I am think we will have about 50people to feed according to last years turn out. but i wanna have a little more just in case more people turn up.
