10 more HP than an EX? What's different about my SE?

And all this time I thought the only thing an 1991 SE was, was an EX with leather. Where's the 10 extra ponies come from?

its from the ecu and dual runner intake manifold. The header was the same on the ex and se.

ex and se are the same in the years 92 93 just that se had leather...but from a 91 ex u have an advantage....

91 SE.. same engine as EX version + leather.
93 SE.. F22A6, leather, color matching side moulding, and dual air bag.

Wrong.

The 91 SE had the F22a6. It was why they had 140 hp and the EX had 130.

All the wagons were the F22a6, including the 91 wagon. But the 91 SE had the F22a6.

alot of the canadian 1991 EX-r's have F22A6's , like mine for example.

i have a 92 ex-r replaced the f22a6 dual runner intake mani w/the h23 intake mani and it makes a difference

i just worked on a wagon and it had an f22a1, i can't remember which year though i think it was a 91. I was doing an oil change so i didn't take good care about the year seeing as the block and filters are all the same.
