There we go! I was trying to find one that showed the side more, since the front looks sorta like a CTS-V. The fact that it seems longer in the body makes it seem like a more substantial car. But that IS the best picture of a black one I've seen! I've seen them in person, which is where I really fell in love. ALL of the ones I've seen in person have been black.

The M5 was definitely a consideration. For some reason, even the big German cars seem small to me!

The Corvette engine is 400hp. And it's a Corvette engine plopped into a Cadillac. I want a Cadillac engine in my Cadillac!

Plus, the Northstar SC as it's called, is a monster.
4.4L quad cam V8. Supercharged with a 2.1 pulley, making 12psi.
Ports are extrude honed.
469hp.
Also in a "nicer" car.
AND, the STS-V doesn't have the horrible rear differential reputation that the CTS-V has for some reason.

This isn't just a big motor... this is a motor that comes from the factory with damn near everything I'd want done to it already!

I think its missing a bit of the badass factor, but it is kinda classy, White leather interior

That's true. I think the Mazda-ness of it is probably the only thing holding it back from being truly badass. And the fact that it's fairly small, with a boosted 4 cylinder.

That fits my image of badass better than an Evo or STi, though.

sorry folks...sold in australia...not u.s. which sucks...ford's got a great v8 package here that easily performs with the other v8's...and Ford...an AMERICAN company...only sells it in australia...oh well has to do with the falcons roots...the aussie falcons had to be beefed up. It sold better there than here so...no more us...hello aussie.
