something ive been planning to do for a while, but price of the "video glasses" was prohibitive. then they popped up on woot recently so i grabbed them! being stuck inside with the rain was the perfect excuse to get to work on them.

they are pretty simple... same principle as a "nightvision security camera" with IR LEDs for illumination (hidden behind lenses) which the camera can see. then the signal is fed to the screens in the glasses. wiring is no more complicated than a relay harness, so they arent anything crazy, but they are def fun haha. included stereo audio amplification, basically one of those "spy ear" high-gain amplified mics for each ear.

It's made up. It doesn't exist. It's a play on "piitb", which means "put it in the butt".
