power issues

My coupe is done and was running great
until last week, long story short, my battery is relocated to the trunk and my under the hood fuse box is relocated to the passenger floor board...battery is holding 13 volts but I'm not getting any power to either fuse boxes.. I changed the 80A main fuse and still not getting nothing...I
m using a multi-meter and not getting any voltage Thoughts and ideas are welcome, because I'm at a loss.

Something is disconnected. Find where you lose voltage at. You could also have a short.

Your going to have to go one part at a time. You have a good battery if its resting at 13V. What happens at the other end of the power cable attached to the battery? Is your ground connection good? Check all your grounds for continuity to the neg terminal.

Thanks guys...It was a bad ground wire...It was grounded but depending on where you checked...lol..She is alive once again...Thank you, fellow cb enthusiast...
