ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Bumpers question

Would a 91 accord front and back bumper fit a 92-93 accord?
Since 92-93 accord is a little different
    Thanks

If you swap the front bumper, I believe a 90-91 cover will fit the same fiberglass beam. To have everything fit correctly, you need 90-91 headlights, corner lights, and grille.

The 90-91 rear bumper assembly (bracket, beam, cushion, and cover) is interchangeable with the 92-93 rear bumper assembly. Only the beam is interchangeable between the two.

Yes. The 92-93 bumper support is thinner than the 90-91, so the 90-91 bumper cover will fit on a 92-93 bumper support. (I have compared both 90-91 and 92-93 bumper supports and they are different).

I haven't attempted to swap the rear bumpers, so I have no input here.

It is funny tho because I've been told that you also need the fenders to have em truly fit... so that isn't true after all..? Using 92-93 fenders with 90-91 parts for conversion is fine and fit perfectly..? Is it different with one piece headlights or the same...?

The fenders are the exact same part number.

If you are ever curious about something like that again, just go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and check for both part numbers to compare. It doesn't always tell the whole story, but it's a great start.

One piece headlights fit exactly the same as our stock 2 piece headlights. If you glued together our 2 piece lights, the shape would be identical. Therefore, 90-91 and 92-93 are going to be dependent on the bumper and grille for proper fitment. As Jarrett said, fenders are exactly the same for all years, all trim levels, and all body styles.
