Ok, quick background...
This woman walks past where I work several times a day. She's definately not "all there" and apparently lives with her brother in a group home. She always stops and talks to whichever of my co-workers is standing by the open shop door, so we know a little about her. She has a 9 yr old son, and we're honestly not sure how she has custody... Especially after watching this...

It happened at the WalMart three blocks from where I work. I'm pretty sure the quote on the back of her son's shirt sums it all up perfectly.
