Story:
Ok, I've been having a rough idle issue for a few weeks now and yesterday I finally stopped being lazy and cleaned the IACV. Afterwards I did the "idle reset properly" DIY and all was great...no more idle vibrations. Then at lunch I go start my car and the rpms were at about 1000-1100 and would randomly drop, almost making the car die. I didnt think anything of it because once warm it runs fine.
Today I leave for work and the car turns over but then the idle drops, car stalls and wont restart.
possible issues-
I checked the plugs a couple weeks ago and theres oil in the SP tubes so I ordered new grommets, tube seals, and VC gasket. Could oil in the SP tubes cause this?
Could the IACV gasket be the problem?
Before I cleaned the IACV I checked for vacuum leaks and found none.
Ill update after I replace all the seals.
### UPDATE ###
went to adjust the FITV and it was Really tight! I eventually got it loose and backed it out a couple turns. Car runs fine now.
