It's pretty simple, wash the trunk lid. Then sand with a finer grit (600 or so) sand in a criss cross pattern, progress to a finer grit, then finer, and continue until you think the grit is fine enough, I stopped at 1000 grit, though I plan on repainting it and going to a finer grit. Then wash it again, lay down some primer, 2 or 3 layers. Then lay down about 3 layers of color, or until you think it looks good. Let it dry, clear it if you want, I didn't.

It's not worthy at all, looks like a completely stock A6, even though it's an A1. Though I think the 17 years of dirt is an option lol. Once I get a chance to clean the engine bay I will get some up though.

No problem man, good luck. Just a note, if you do multiple panels like I did, make sure you prep it all the same. I didn't primer the trunk and did primer the hood, now they're slightly off in shine, one reason I am going to repaint them.

A drop is in its future, I'm thinking nuespeed springs on Koni Yellows. And the satin black is kinda growing on me.

Ordered an ebay header tonight, woo. Also replaced the MC this weekend, decided it was in need of it when I almost used the back end of a jeep to stop.

The wierdest thing happened to me, my brakes were perfect untill you told what your brakes do and as soon as I left NTR my brakes started doing that for a couple of days and quit, WIERD!

That is kinda weird. I think it's an Accord conspiracy, seems like a lot of people have been complaing about the same symptoms lately.
Anyway to test it: with the car off pump the brake pedal, let it build up pressure, then hold the brake pedal down. If the pedal starts sinking you probably have to replace the MC.

Thats how mine was, it would only do it after consistent, not necessarily heavy (like stomping on the brakes), but like after being in stop and go traffic too long. Any other time it was fine. But then the other day I almost rear ended a jeep and that was enough for me.

UPDATE: tonight I got a leather wrapped DA steering wheel. I am waiting on to post pics until I get the horn button tho, it didn't come with one.
