I might be able to help you with your funds situation, as my brother is about to buy a chipped p06, you still deal in those? He is going turbo on his cb7 as well now, and just needs a few more things to do so.

Man, I've missed this car so much.

It has 6 miles on it now. lol. I took it through a few turns and damn, it feels a lot different. I really didn't know what to expect, but when I felt it I was like WOW! The car handles pretty neutral, I can even feel a hint of over steer. I kinda felt like the rear end was gona go out on me. I only took it to 40mph too!

The car is so much fun to drive now, mostly cus of the transmission. I really wish this fucking transmission wasn't fucked .

It's not just the synchros. If it were, it would ONLY grind. But it makes all sorts of other noises.

It has 16 miles on it now It's so fun.

Told you that you would enjoy cornering.

Like I said, install a F22 tranny back, rebuild the H23 yourself as you get money and time, no rush job.

Dropped H23 trans today. Gona install h22 trans on Saturday.

I also decided to install some SS brake lines since half the suspension was apart anyways.

I received my "yellow" goodies today. Nuespeed Race springs. I'd swap the springs out, but my shocks are being a bitch. The nut at the top won't come out all the way. It stops about 3-4 threads at the top and then it spins the shock rod.

I think I'm just gona save up for some new shocks.

maybe run a die(sp?) through that thread to straighten 'em out and should come out not prob after that

but of course, new struts does sound much better

how'd the trans removal go 4 ya?

Yeah, I already tried rethreading it. It didn't work out quite well. The rod is really weak and the first few threads got fucked up, so I stopped there.

The trans removal was SUPER easy. Did it in about 2 hours, all by myself.
