open hood. look by headlight area...should see 2 12mm bolt/washers (1 on either side)
then look in the middle of the bumper..should see the bumper extensions and 4- 14mm bolts. my old car only had 2 but i think you should have all 4.
undo those and the screws on the sides of the bumper...which hold the bumper to the bumper spacers...
undo all that and wiggle off. enjoy. once youve done it a couple times it literally should take you 5 mins to get the bumper off.
