Definitely nice looking cars. Lots of potential. If you get one, check it out THOROUGHLY first. Get some info on common problems beforehand. They don't have a bad reputation overall, but I've never known anyone with one that didn't have problems.
I just registered.....awesome site im ready to start reading.
My username is, of course, Ralphie.
I just got back from looking at a G20T actually. Blue with 103k miles on it. Few things struck me as not good. First off it smelled very rich but this could be a few different reasons. It started right up but it had a small tick in the idle at warmup, again this could be a few things, im thinking its just because it needs maintenance. Also the service eng soon light was on, which i dont like to see that could be quite a few problems lol. The hood didn't match up with the pass side fender and that side mirror is broklen leading me to think that it was hit on that side although i didn't see any other evidence of an accident. The rear bumper was dented in on the drivers side about the size of a softball. And it was faily dirty inside esp in the glove box and under the hood so that leads me to believe that it wasn't taken care of and for 103k miles im sure the basic stuff wasn't done.
I won't know specifics till i pull the VIN but as of now im kinda thinking im going to pass on this one.
Also, one other thing, i wouldnt buy a car from NYC.
Pothole city!!!
Go further upstate or somewhere in Jersey
One more thing i wanted to add, sure they look nice but you're going to be disappointed.
Theres only so much you can do and aftermarket support is not the greatest.
