Yeah, the quick reply box is there but there's no way to use it I guess. I like it overall. One thing I would like to change is the size of the cb7tuner.com logo at the top of each page. It's a little on the small size. But those are small gripes, overall it's awesome

If ya didn't notice you can hide the post reply box at the bottom and the box in the lower left corner that tells you what you can and cannot do.

It's nice, I really like how the borders are dimensional compared to the old dark skin, where everything was flat.. however, we need the light skin back as an option! I find it hard to read red/white font on a dark background

You can adjust your font settings on both your computer display settings (control panel > display) and in your browser's options.

the shortcuts to increase / decrease font size is CTRL + and CTRL -, respectively.
