WTF acne?

I never really had acne when I was younger... I'm in my twenty's and just randomly get a full breakout like hundreds over on day..

Have you changed your environment recently? Or your diet?

A greasy environment can increase the likelihood of acne. And food allergies, as mentioned above, could also cause such a thing.

Or maybe... I dunno... a shot in the dark... are you going through any other "changes"? Maybe hair growing in places it never was before? Like... you know... down there?

only thing I can think of is the laundry detergent.... And I just washed my sheets.. Maybe thats it.

you could be having an allergic reaction to the detergent! and making your face get ance..

try using other brands and diff. sheetz i guess..if not see a dermatologist

be mindful of:

pillowcases
face towels
sleeping without washing
dirty/long hair

but as deev said a change in environment or diet would usually be it... or a new detergent youre allergic to?
