Went thru a similar situation years ago.

I felt violated that the car was stolen/vandalized. Hence, moved on. Got rid of the car and started on something else.

They make alarms that can prevent that. Mine has a one mile range for alerts to my remote. Some even tell whats being opened. Get one with a hood pin, proximity sensor, decibel sensor if someone breaks a window.

Those all come with starter kills, and you can get a battery backup for it for cheap too.


Or install one of those ignition code panels.

Again, i still dont know what my friend is going to say.

Hopefully me makes the right decision, and that is to sell it to me.
