Back in KC, and im not sure if they still do this, but there was a radio station that did stuff like this.
"War of the Roses" it was called.
Someone would wanna spy on their significant other and see who they would send a dozen roses to. So the DJs would call the significant other and pretend to be a florist and they were giving away free dozen roses, who would they send them to? Well, half the ppl got caught up on the FREE bit and wouldnt even do it
but most of them went for it.Well, the spy would be on the line listening to who their spouse would send the roses to. Half the time it was to them, and the other half it would be someone else, usually another bf/gf or whatever.
The funny part is, even if they sent the flowers to the right person, the person being spied on always got mad that their spouse was spying on them and didnt trust them.
