and a spun nut is NOT a lump...a spun nut is just that, your testicle spins around in the sack, cutting off blood supply...if you have swelling or pain they check for that. Lumps and swelling get checked via ultrasound, they'll check and make sure it isn't pushing against arteries/veins and see what the lump and/or swelling is/are.

The took the necessary samples and even "examined" me...everything came back normal.
