Help me pick a cell phone

Ive been without a cell for a few months now and its getting tiresome......The only problem is im kinda limited to what phones I can get as I can only go with one provider for a number of reasons

Heres what Ive narrowed the phones down to:

    Blackberry Storm 9530
    Blackberry Curve 8330
    Samsung Omnia

Im really debating between the curve and storm cuz I had a pearl as my last phone and I love blackberrys......but my buddy has an omnia and he loves it.....but im a little afraid of windows mobile as I havent heard too many great things.

Heres a link to all available smartphones (only kind worth getting now) so if anyone sees something listed here that they know is awesome let me know and ill look into it.

my friend has a storm he said the touch screen sucks.

I don't know how or why it sucks, but apparantly it has issues.

Yeah this is a fairly pointless response.

I haven't delt with the Curve or Storm, but I have the Omnia. I'm with Verizon (sounds like you do too) and have their 3G service.

Good: The internet browsing is really nice, most sites load fast, but picture-intinsive pages are slower (thats too be expected though). And the camera is great, 5megapixels, 6 sizes ranging from 2560x1920 to 320x240, 12 settings, you can edit pictures on the camera, and it shoots unlimited video lengths.

Bad:Only downfall to the camera is a lack of zoom. It comes with an extrnal stylus that just kinda hangs there (I wish they had made an internal one) thats really handy at first, but I've learned to use the touchscreen well enough without it I don't ever use it. By far my biggest issue with the phone is even when I lock the screen I'll still hear it beep like stuff is being move around, some times it is. If I forget to lock the screen it's almost a guarentee that icons will have gotten moved around. Some of it is probably because I have the sensitivity turned up, but this makes browsing the web easier. Navigating the folders and files is more akin to using a computer than a phone.

Other: There is a good bit of extra, uneeded things such as 3 clocks (a "home" clock, a "visting" clock, and a "clock 1" clock), 3 clock displays (1 digital display for the home clock, 1 analog display for the home clock, and 1 digital display for the visiting and clock 1 clocks).

my friend has the Omnia, he's had it for about 6 months now, and the touch screen is already shitting out. left side of the screen wont respond to any touch, finger or stylus. he has kept the phone in a protective case and used a screen protector the whole time he's had the phone.

I have the LG Dare with Verizon, and havn't had a single issue with it, not that it matters as it's not available with your provider.

Not sure about the Blackberry's... I owned an old one a few years ago, and it was OK.

I know its not on your list, but I just got a hand me down 2G iPhone from my Dad, and I am spoiled. If you can get one, I'd say get an iPhone. Once you jailbreak it, it spoils you.

By far the best phone I've ever owned.

EDIT: Here's some pictures I just uploaded from my phone. These were taken with the 2G iPhone camera, the 3G and the 3Gs have better cameras on them.

Id love an iphone....but they are only available with my old provider....whom im no longer on speaking terms with

                            Good choice.

                            I have a Blackberry 8820. I love it.

I also have an IPOD touch which is essentially an Iphone without the phone part lol. ...and no camera.

Blackberry is way better then any phone ive heard of or dealt with.

The curve is great. My fiance has one and she has no problems with it at all.

The Storm is a great phone but the touch screen is not at all like the touch screen on any other device, its one big button sort of. Anyway it worked well for me but you either hate it or love it.

The other phone you listed i have never even heard of.

Anyway, i assure you will love the curve.
