So, at my job they are against using our phone during work hours but work have been slow for the past couple weeks so I have been frequenting Facebook on my phone more since im bored and I get to talk to alot old friends from school. Well some muthafucka at my job thats one of my friends on fb with snitch to my manager about my antics. Goos thing my manager is cool about shit like this and dont give a fuck. She called me said off the record , " there is someone on your fb that u need to get off because im tired of them snitching on you". I just went on there and deleted everyone from my job.

If you were slacking off to go on your phone, I'd be pissed and snitch too. Actually I'd go to you first, and if you were a dick, then I'd take it to the boss. Only if your slacking had an effect on my workload, though (I had this exact situation when I worked at Bennigan's... this one girl was ALWAYS on the phone, and I was always picking up her slack. 2 seconds after I sit down for the first time in 9 hours, NEXT TO HER, I get yelled at by the boss! )
But if there's nothing to do... they should mind their own damn business.

When I had people working under me and someone took the time to snitch, my response was "Don't you have better things to do on the companies time? Shouldn't you be more concerned with doing your job than worrying about what everyone else is doing, and tattling on them? If their actions warrant my attention, you can rest assured that I'll talk to them about it."

No slacking off her Mike, im in the top 3 highest producers for the company. I even had 2 1 hour meeting with our Canadaian distributions today that i handle their account by myself. The manager knows shit, they gave me shit awhile for usual the computer to surf Cb7tuner all day so i use my phone and they dont care. If i was slacking, then yes, i deserved to be snitched on.
