Amen. Can't stress this enough as a IT Tech. You use any of the p2p apps, prepare to get a virus or worse. This includes limewire, bear share, kazza, bloom, frostwire, imesh, ares, slsknet, and the list goes on. I had a client a few weeks ago who's daughter used imesh and wow. It f00ked her computer real good. It killed the internet connection with a rogue in the background sucking up the bandwidth (tcp socket, pinging google was 5000ms + , even after a tcp stack re-install. That computer needed a format, as there was no way I could determine the mess that imesh made with the viruses she had.

I use torrents as well. Private sites, invite only.
