Here's the story.
My grandparents bought my CB7 new back in 91 in the states. They lived in Germany at the time since my grandfather was in the Navy. When they bought it the Navy went ahead and shipped the car over to Berlin for them. According to them it's been on the autobahn a few times and was a great cruiser. I just so happens that while they were living there the Wall came down and they lived not so far away from it. Somewhere on or in my car there is still dust from the Berlin wall.
When I found out this little piece of history concerning my car I thought it was kind of cool that my car has experienced the autobahn at least once, not to mention that it's been driven through a few other European countries. I wonder if they still have the EU plate garnish hiding in the attic somewhere?
Anyone else have a cool or strange car history?
