does age really matter in a relationship? you guys (gals) have far more experience than i do and i was just wondering how large does the age gap have to be to make you turn away. a year or 2, or 10?

My last g/f was 3 years older than me.
The one before that was 4 years older.
According to your profile, you're 16. Stick with girls your own age until you hit 18 (just my opinion).

So I was recently told about this "rule of thumb"...
Take your age, divide it by two, and add seven. That's the youngest you "should" date.
Now, if she's the older one, do the formula using her age and see if you meet the criteria.
Not that it really even matters, but if it makes you feel better
