Many of us think we have control over our vehicles at speeds like that but the truth is is that we don't.

Once physics takes over its not in your hands anymore and physics does not forgive.

One thing I have proven to myself over and over again is that speeding during rush-hour, or even when there's not much traffic really doesn't get you there any faster. For all the risks, it's just simply not worth it. With traffic lights, traffic, etc, you don't get there any faster.

I like the people who weave in and out of traffic thinking they are moving faster. They often get mad at me for trying to moderate my speed so that I don't have to hit my brakes anymore than I have to. They dive-bomb in front of me, then slam on their brakes. LOL They they weave into another lane, as I slowly pass them doing my thing. LOL

The lesson I am trying to describe is if there's a lot of traffic, accept the fact that you will have to drive slow. If we would all pay a little more attention to what's happening ahead and stop the unnecessary acceleration/braking, traffic would flow SOOO much better! Driving is not gas pedal, brake. You can coast some, too, you know. lol

Glad you're ok, but going that much over what normal traffic is moving at is just setting up for something bad to happen.

glad you realized something unlike my buddy in his 5th gen hitting the top speed limiter every chance he can. now he has no license and blames it on the car for being so fast.

it's a stock 5th gen on coilovers, i raced my other buddy in a h22 swapped cb7 and it got dusted. it's not very fast...

It would have really sucked if your car was damaged, your cb is nice ass hell.
