Would this be where I got the Generel Security 2010 thing I can't get rid of? Lots of poorly constructed false, warnings about spamming and the internet police?
What's odd is that it only affects my profile on the PC. I can log in as anyone else and I don't have it. I ran a preboot scan with Avast but it's still there. Next step is HiJack This and then MalwareBites, I think.

Yeah, Avast has never actually fixed anything for me. Even when it says it's stopping something, I still get infected!
This site should be clear. The owner of the infected site is aware, and working on fixing it. Hopefully we can get through this with minimal damage!
Matt, thanks for being on top of this. You guys were fixing the problem before I was even aware it existed!

Everything should be a-ok now. Visual, I can't say for sure if you got that from here or elsewhere. I didn't experiment with the malware exploit we had.
What happened was "site x" hosting pictures. "site x" was either sold or infected with malware. That infection forwards the hosted picture links to a malware site. So what happens is your browser looks for a picture and then is told to go to an infected site.
