Jaw dislocation

Umm.. I have TMJ and sometimes my jaw pops out of place but usually opening my mouth forces it back into place..


Not this time. um. I woke up and it felt like my jaw was out of place so I opened my mouth. Nothing happened just grinding. now I got it semi back into place but it feels pushed too far forward and it still grinds on the left side. I have no idea what to do at this point. I guess il go back to bed and hope for the best. Ideas? suggestions?

and when I pull my jaw back and try to open it, it feels like it hooks on the left side and I cant open it any further. It doesnt hurt. Yet. Just really awkward.

Try chewing gum and the rotation motion of chewing may help it get back into place maybe

It came back into place.. I think. Bout to go to school and just deal with it popping.

Eh. It hasnt progressed far enough to where the cartilage has worn down to make it painful. Its just a really weird feeling.

It pops out of place when I open it in an awkward way or sometimes when im sleeping. Theres surgery but everyone I talk to says dont get it. Its back into place as far as I can tell now so im not gonna worry anymore about it, just kinda scared the bajesus out of me when I couldnt get it back into place
