probably burying power lines so they can eliminate the phone poles. However, I don't see phone poles or power lines except the ones in the distance, so maybe they're adding lines.

God damn those pics weren't even broadband friendly!!!

It appears they are putting in some kind of cable or a water line. Most likely waterline.

We have never had power poles.
I dont they Would they use flexable pipe like that for water. Out water comes from pipes under the street.
            Yeah my clock is wrong.
It looks like it could be for powerlines but idk why the old ones would need replaced.

I am going to take a walk and ill bring my camera

well I went and talked to one of the guys and he was like we are putting conduit in for powerlines to go in later.
This is a gent ditchwitch that they are using, Its cool it takes off of those pipes and automatically feeds and drills in to the ground.

This is fiber optic cable.... If it is empty than it is conduit.

When they run that around here they keep it quiet.... Example... We had some crazy EX-Verizon worker going around cutting them and caused something like over 500k in damage

If you looked its hollow. What would they put fiber optic cable in for?
