Just let him do what he wants. Honestly the guy is going to talk trash knowing that he has no way of proving it so you can't ask him to.

Basically he's basically saying... oh yeah I used to have a 900 whp segway. Oh but I crashed it so it's gone.

Just bid your time. Don't argue with him. Don't get friendly with him. Just bid your time and wait.

Any time he tries to impress the girl, just wait to hear what he says and call him out in a nonchalant way....

For instance....

Yeah, your suspension is acting up, let me take a look at it.

He goes and checks it... comes back in....

Yeah those things are messed up. You'll need to get them replaced.


Just say you're busy, and let him do the "repair". You're able to fix w/e mess he makes.

Or... just call him out then.


Either way... just try to avoid drama with the girls.

If the chicks are stoopid enough to believe everything he says without question; and with enough confidence to actually fight with you- (whom they must think enough of to have signed a lease with)- then let him move in and walk away.
