It was great, though nerve wracking. My friend chose not to ride along so he could come rescue me if the car broke down!

But it was like going home again. Once i get the interior put back together, and fix my driver's side window regulators, I'll be much happier. Once I've tracked down and squashed all the annoying/concerning noises and other issues, I'll be a happy camper! Well... not camper... Deev doesn't sleep on the ground... but I'll be a happy Deev.

Dude setup a weekend that you know you have time to do work, and I will make sure im free, and I will come down and help you with what I can.

I know for sure I can take a look at your tail light problem, your window reg problem, and between the two of us, bleed the brakes.

Im down for whatever else as long as we have tools and a guide LOL.

        But for real.

I have tools that I can bring, and I'll bring beer and whatever.

        Pick a day lol.

I move to close thread for non-descriptive title.

On the other hand, congrats. It's been a long ass time!

How does she feel after all of these years? After driving the Caddy?

I really can't say yet. I can't quite push it yet, seeing as the brakes are only semi-functional, the gas is still ancient, and I'm running it on a PT3. It hasn't gone faster than 25mph yet. No VTEC.

It's totally different from the Caddy or the Fit, though. All 3 cars have such different strengths and weaknesses. Different personalities.
It's like having 3 women... one that looks nice that I can show off in public, one that's plain but is always there to take care of me, and the dirty one that's for me and me alone...

Deev should be banned for making a thread with a title that does not state what the thread is about!

Yeah, I do miss the VTEC... but one step at a time. If I get hasty, I'll end up breaking something else that will take me half a decade to fix!

Hey, we don't ban for that! We just delete the thread!
And we don't delete threads with non-descriptive titles in the OT forums.

Also, you're not the first one to say that... so rather than being clever and original, it's just annoying.

                                Good to see this!

Really surprised you didn't you have a lot of issues with the old fuel in there.

                                Anyway, good stuff right there!
