    Fun places to drive

There are all kinds of awesome, curvy mountain roads in my area. I have no suspension mods or anything, but my car still handles fairly well believe it or not. If anyone has any driving videos, post some links.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDe8jv_37Qc

I honestly believe I'm the only cb7 crossing this mountain, there aren't any others that I know of in this small area and I go over it practically every day of my life. Couldn't drive it like I wanted due to traffic, but it's still a nice view now that it's spring. It looks like complete and utter death during the winter. I got bored today and had my phone with me. Sorry for the shaky video, safety over quality, lol.

I'm from eastern Kentucky, btw. You can't escape the mountains, freaks some people out

Edit: Youtube decided to automatically stabilize my video. Totally made me feel drunk watching it. I'll try and fix it.

Careful with that cause there may be other pedestrians on the roads when you r doing some spirited driving. Your best bet would the to auto or buy a rally car take it to a dirt road no one cares about and see what it can do.

True. Safety first. Not good for public roads

The speed limit is 45 or 55 over that mountain, I maybe hit 60 on the way up before the first turn. I was just showing off the road, my driving was my everyday speed lol. I have no suspension mods, it doesn't get TOO spirited in my CB.

WV has some VERY awesome stretches of road. I travel to Huntington via route 56 (I think that's the number), and some of the roads in Charleston are fun as well.

Awesome to see someone sort of close to me, haha. I live in Pike County, KY

I've gotta fly down to Florida to pick up a jeep in the next couple weeks, I might check that out on the way back.

I honestly think that it is best not to drive unless its in a controlled environment because things can happen and if you miscalculate that's your safety and your wellbeing may be put in jeopardy.

Just because you can drive doesn't mean everyone else can remember that and for the ones that do and don't care they are in the same boat too.

Isn't the tail of the dragon such a tourist trap now that it's pretty much impossible to drive fast?

Weekends tend to be kinda busy, but it's not too bad. Slower drivers pull over into marked pull-offs to let faster vehicles by. But there are cops and sometimes a lot of them. You can have a lot of fun driving under 45. You do have to stay vigilant.
