    My BBQ pork on pork

    So I have been making this for about 3 years now and I think I finally perfected it yesterday at the mother's day cookout I had ...

    2 pork tender loins with dry rub


    after 2 hours on the smoker


    after 4 hours wrapped in bacon and covered in BBQ sauce



    Next I plan on smoking a brisket ...

    37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
    30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
    27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

      What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

      You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
