Im sure the engine in that ratrod was restored and is refreshed.

I don't agree that a build has to include engine work.

That's a silly idea.

I could go out and buy a 91 Accord and tear it down and build it back up to showroom quality, freshen up the motor but keep it to OEM specs...

Id say thats still an awesome build........just because its not bord, honed, and boosted, doesn't discredit it.
