It was well known that this engine in the last gen Type-R was making more than 306HP.

That said, start looking around on forums. They are having major issues overheating on the tracks and it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Not sure if it is a production issue like improper coolant bleeding (the "thermal management system" on this car is hugely complex) or if it is a design flaw, but a Type-R shouldn't be overheating on the track.
