i just saw a guy get shot

i've grown accustomed to the frequency of high speed chases popping up on the news out here in soCal, and honestly i usually leave them on. it's human instict to watch...

...but i just saw one where this guy who was risking it at 110+ on the freeway, cutting across the shoulders and other spots to keep his speed... he hits a guard rail on an exit and destroys the driver's side of the car but keeps going. then you see as his front left tire rips apart and comes off so now hes driving through Long Beach on 3 tires and a rim... he almost hits some pedestrians as he cuts a corner and keeps going -- running red lights and driving straight into oncoming traffic...


...so i guess he's about to give up b/c this car is falling apart and he pulls into a parking lot, jumps out of the car and gets shot

like at least 3 times from what i could tell

i've never seen someone really get shot. movies yes, but real, live news... no

i just kinda stared at the screen and it was really wierd. i just keep seeing it in my head.


i wonder if anyone else out here caught the chase by chance? i saw it on FOX

LOL i have seen someone get shot in person not pretty lol my dad got shot twice in the foot about 3 years ago lol hes fine but DAMN!!!! I was waiting in the truck and I look over and here BAM BAM BAM!!! and blood on the sidewalk err but he was fine even drove himself to the hospital

but yeah its weird but in person seeing soemone ghet shot but i didnt happen to see it o0 well

i don't know, but when they sent the police dog to "check" on him (if you didn't know, they always send a dog over to rough they guy up... just in case he IS still coherent and pulls a gun or something) and the guy was totally unresposnive...


...they ended the newscast just as the EMTs were arriving... so now the simpsons are on... thats a little easier on my brain

Yeah ive seen plenty of people shot on TV, and 1 black guy shot in person... its some crazy shit what happens when people get shot... :S

anyway, I really feel that the cops were in the wrong, 100%. he wasn't armed, was it necessary to fire 120 rounds at him? seriously. 120 is a lot of fucking shots. Not to mention that, it hit another police officer and people's homes. What if thier little girl had been looking out the window, and gotten her head blown off. I hope those police officers lose thier badges.

um. yeah cops ARE in the wrong sometimes. like the 13 (?) year old that died earlier this year


but in this case the guy was a murder suspect, considered armed and dangerous... also as he jumped out of the car he was reaching in his pocket...

...for a gun which he dropped as they shot him and he fell


no one else was hurt as far as i know. and the reason they didnt shoot at his car before when he hit the guard rail was because of concerns over pedestrian and other traffic. homes. etc


...it is still freaky

dang..LA is liek a big Oakland...LMAO oakland is one of this countries murder capitals...so much crack moving through that town its scary if you dont know whats up. i remember when i was like 13 and went to oakland for a day with a fren..this homeless dood came up to me and just started saying.."i know what you did!!! you did it on purpose!!! why you take my lady from me!!?!?!??!?! WHY?! i loved her!!!!"

me and mah fren freaked out this dod seriously grabbed my shirt and screamed that in my face...

cop runs over and starts draggint the dood aways from me...so me and my fren follow the cop and see that hes beating the dood with his night stick in the alley..it was funny and sad at the same time. i mean this dood was crazy but what could he do to the cop. he goes to the local station and says " i am homeless and a cop whooped my ass in an alley..." not much gonna happen cept the move him to a shelter to take a shower.

coming from a place where every family has 2 or 3 ak-47 i have seen shot etc. dead people on the side of the street,, killers killing killers. inocent people getting shot by FALLINGS rain bullets etc etc etc..... but damn 120 shots loll thats a lot of bullets.
