first off i don't know the laws in your state. But an off duty cop can not right a ticket nor can then hold tag numbers and write them down and ticket later. They are normal people off duty. they are supose to help when there is need but enforceing the law off duty is a no no. and if you signaled on lane changes then you wont have a problem and didn't speed. But what cop drives a benz? I mean shit i need to change majors.

yes they could run you tag and get all the info they need. but this smells all of bullshit.

actually i believe in some areas of California and some other states an off duty officer can take down your plate...but its matching the car with driver..

I was driving on the highway and there was this dude in a crownvic all bullshit with like three other people in the car. I was driving normally he wanted to drive like an asshole so i went past him but he cut me off i was cool about it so then i cut him off then cut back in front of him.

He then wanted me to let him back in the lane i blocked him off and he couldnt pass by because there was a trailer in front of him and a person behind me so he had to wait. So i kept goin about my business and whatnot chillin he then sped up to me and then flashed his badge i sped up just to fuck with him he was on my ass then i stopped real hard on the brakes just to mess with him then cut him off again then got off on my exit.

If you were "cool about it" you wouldnt have done shit back to him, jackass.

Soon2bdroped, I think you should take a secound look at the way you drive. You really need to chill out with cutting people off. You were mad with your dad so why not talk to him and get things all gravy again instead of getting all worked up downshifting and cutting off inocent drivers that didn't do anything wrong to you
